BEI and Joel Sowalsky couldn’t have come at a better time! BEI has been instrumental in helping Labor on Site navigate through the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic crisis by providing resources to our company such as grants & no interest loans. Joel has revamped our business structure & strategies to help us reach our full potential. The weekly ZOOM meetings with Joel has been proven to be invaluable in improving communication & co-operation amongst team members. Labor On Site, with the help of BEI took advantage of the business interruption and upgraded our entire business model by developing a strategy for long term growth and expansion. We were able to re-evaluate our core competencies and learn our company’s true potential and create a realistic and attainable path to get there.
