Recruiting advisors for our high-touch strategic advisory program, the Business Equity Initiative (BEI). The BEI helps to grow revenues, create jobs, and revitalize communities for Black and Latinx businesses. We have supported 90+ businesses with over 28,000 advisory hours since 2017.  As of December 2022, businesses that had been enrolled or graduated during the last 3 years were reporting $78.6M in new growth revenue , 624 net full-time equivalent jobs, and $11.9M in capital deployment.

Advisors are part of a consulting bench and deployed based on the needs of the enrolled entrepreneurs.  Advisors work up to 9 months in a dedicated team with other advisors to develop and implement customized growth plans for BEI businesses.

Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and black, indigenous, and other leaders of color a plus!
